Antique Chippendale Style Love Seat / Sofa

A stunning example , approx 150 years old and now in impeccable condition .

The piece was fully stripped to bare wood , species of woods being Oak and Mahogany .

Stain blocked and primed , buffed back to a super smooth paint base before being hand painted in 3 coats of Fusion Mineral paint Coal Black which is a jet black black with no undertones.

All paintwork top coated in Satin Poly Vine varnish for added durability of finishes .

The top coat is water , scratch & UV resistant .

The seat was completely stripped back removing layers of old fabric , new wadding and reupholstered in a fabulous Cerise Italian velvet .

Comfortably seats 2 adults .
